Food plays a significant role in this. The impact of food goes beyond just fueling body, it also has a direct effect on the state of mind. The body and mind are intricately connected and what we eat can precisely contribute to and control their functions. The way we feel physically affects our thoughts, actions, responses, and reflections, which in turn greatly impacts our relationships with those around us. Therefore, it's crucial to make the best possible food choices with a mindful approach to fuel our bodies and minds for optimal performance!​​
In our cooking workshops, we offer a comprehensive understanding of how food functions within the system. We provide insights on what to eat, how to eat, when to eat, and the order of food for effective digestion. Our simplified recipes are easy to follow and we cook a 3-course meal that is both delicious and nutritious. We also discuss the three pranic values of food, spices and their uses/remedies, and how to design a balanced diet of proteins, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and carbohydrates. Additionally, we touch upon the proportions of liquid and solid portions in a meal and learn to make healthy treats.
