After School Program
OriginAw has organized online after school activities such as yoga, dance, physical training and art for all levels of children of ages 7 and above. These are consistent weekly classes. The yoga and meditation modules are carefully chosen for the respective group as per the method of transmission. Attention and continuous support is given to each child towards their growth and wellness. Once you child learn any practices, our teachers are always available for practice related questions anytime in the future.

CHILDREN WEEKLY CLASSES
Classical Yoga
$15/week
Weekend, Online on Zoom
Teachers are trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam
To be just fit, effective exercises are enough. But if you want your children to be physical fit and also have tools for ascendence of energy and balance, then Classical Yoga is needed. We offer Hatha Yoga practices structured by Sadhguru which include Physical postures/movements (asanas) to strengthen joints, lower back, and improve lung capacity | Inward process (kriya) to enhance inner focus, immunity | Breathing practices (pranayam) to reduce anxiety and bring mental balance | Nada Yoga to help with psychological stability | Meditations to experience stillness.
If kept regularly, these yoga practices improve physical health, mental balance, immunity, lung capacity and help relieve instability, stress, anxiety and depression.
CHILDREN AGES 13 - 19
Teen Time
Mondays, 5:00-6:00pm EST
October 31 onwards
$50/4 weeks
Teen Time is an empowerment program to offer a conducive space for teenagers to express their questions and concerns related to life, world, fitness and fun. We offer certain tools which include yoga, physical training, dance, art, and consultations to handle their situations more effortlessly while maintaining their joy and balance. An inspiration to face situations, take responsibilities, and find solutions!

Yoga

November 4 onwards

Fitness Dance
Fridays, 5:00-6:00pm EST

Fitness Dance lessons include child-friendly Indian music which include Bollywood film/Hiphop/Folk/Classical/Contemporary to dance the specially choreographed Indian dance steps from Bollywood/Folk/Classical basics.
If kept regularly, these sessions enhance fitness, flexibility, confidence, expression, joy and attention to life, exposure to Indian traditional culture, costume, festivals and celebrations. All the dances could be performed towards a recital, or concert or some other show/event. Overall the dance would enhance children’s personal confidence, potential growth, stamina, flexibility, art of expression.

Physical Training
Fridays, 5:00-6:00pm Est
December 2 onwards

Conducted by Yogesh, a certified Level II MovNat trainer, physical training sessions include recreational basics, in-depth training modalities, natural strength training exercises, Natural movements, insight on how to avoid injuries with effective movements. An inspiration to be fit, agile, strong, active and enthusiastic to explore!
