We offer the following activities for all levels of adults and children. This could be a one-off workshops or consistent weekly sessions. The yoga and meditation modules are carefully chosen for the respective group as per the method of transmission (online or in person). Attention and continuous support is given to each participant towards their growth and wellness. Once you learn any activity from us, our teachers are always available for activity related questions anytime in the future.
