What More We Provide

Apart from yoga, dance, and food, we provide traditional body-mind coordination games, Tibetan Thangka painting basics, recreational movements, self defense techniques, photography, film editing, graphic design techniques as part of our camps, retreats, personal development workshops and elderly movements support. These activities add on to people's skillsets and also serve as fun ice breakers between sessions.
